Customer Care Employee

As a Customer Care Assistant, you are responsible for all contact with webshop customers. You act as the first point of contact for our customers by answering their questions by email in English and Dutch. Our customers deserve the best service, and you know better than anyone how to provide it. You are naturally customer- and solution-oriented and know how to handle all emails and phone calls independently and correctly. You support our customers with their orders, product questions, payment problems, account updates, website guidance, or any other issues they may have.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of service by responding quickly and appropriately to customer inquiries in English and Dutch;
- You make a significant contribution to improving our service level and after-sales processes by monitoring and gathering customer insights and market trends;
- You are responsible for the administrative processing of all returns.

Your qualities
You have excellent communication skills and a good command of English. In addition, you are customer- and quality-oriented. You are an excellent problem solver with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
Furthermore, you have:
- A good command of English and Dutch is a plus;
- You preferably have recent experience in customer contact;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Affinity with skincare and social media.
