As a Customer Care Assistant you are responsible for all contact with webshop customers. You act as the first point of contact for our customers by answering their questions by e-mail in English and Dutch. Our customers deserve the best service and you know better than anyone how to provide this. You are by nature customer and solution oriented and know how to handle all e-mails and phone calls independently and correctly. You support our customers with their orders, product questions, payment problems, account updates, website education or any problems they may have.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of service by responding quickly and adequately to our customer inquiries in English and Dutch;
- You contribute significantly to the improvement of our service level and after sales processes by monitoring and obtaining customer insights and market trends;
- You are responsible for the administrative processing of any returns.
